Turn IDR Opportunity Into Collected Cash.
Keep your current biller. Polarity identifies eligible claims, executes the federal IDR process, tracks awards and measures cash realization.
Is your IDR program producing cash — or just paperwork?
The No Surprises Act created a meaningful recovery path for out-of-network services. Most practices don’t know how much of it they’re capturing.

Frequently asked questions
Can Polarity work with our current biller?
Yes. Polarity IDR is designed to run alongside your existing billing operation. Your biller continues to process claims; Polarity identifies IDR-eligible claims, executes the federal IDR process and reconciles awards to payments.
What data is required to get started?
Typically remittance (835) data, claims history and payer information for a recent period. For an opportunity review we start with a limited data extract and expand only if the economics are there.
How are No Surprises Act IDR deadlines managed?
Polarity tracks every statutory window — open negotiation, IDR initiation, offer submission and payment — in a deadline management system with escalation so eligible claims are not lost to timing.
How are IDR awards reconciled to payments?
Each award is tracked from determination to payment. We follow up with payers on unpaid or short-paid awards and report award-to-cash realization and time to cash, so you see collected dollars, not just wins.
What reporting does leadership receive?
Board-ready reporting on eligible volume, submissions, outcomes, award-to-cash realization, time to cash, payer-specific results and benchmarks.
